After your order has been dispatched our couriers will attempt to deliver your order as quick as possible. Each order is shipped via Australia Post with tracking. Tracking number is sent to your email once dispatched.

We have on average a 5 working day handling time, so your order should arrive within on average 6 to 8 business days. On times of high demand, we may take longer to process your orders, so your order could arrive later than expected.

We would love to make your designs come to life! Please reach out to our team via email sales@visualart.com.au with the product you wish to have personalised with your design please include the design you would like or inspiration for our graphics team to work with.

Please let us know if you require a proof either via sending a note on your personalisation order or emailing us on sales@visualart.com.au

If your order is yet to be despatched, we can update your delivery address. Please email us on sales@visualart.com.au with your order details and name.

We are based in Sydney – Taren Point, and can offer collection should it suit you. Please get in touch with us to organise prior to, or after completing your order.
